Terms of Service

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Savio AI Chrome extension and the website at savio.ai (the “Service”), provided by CortexHub (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account & data

Free users may use the Service without an account. Pro users who enable cloud sync will create an account through Supabase Auth. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

You retain ownership of all prompts, context profiles, and other content you create with the Service (“Your Content”). We do not claim any rights to Your Content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service beyond what’s permitted by law.
• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party rights, or generate content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls, free-tier limits, license checks, or rate limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or other users.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are sold on a monthly or annual basis and processed by ExtensionPay. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel any time through your ExtensionPay account; you’ll keep Pro features through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unhappy in the first 14 days, email us — we’ll usually make it right.

5. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third-party AI providers (OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini) when you inject a prompt. We do not control those providers or the responses they generate. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including the extension, website, brand, and any related materials — is owned by CortexHub and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that injection will always succeed across third-party provider redesigns.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CortexHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that exposes us to legal or reputational risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL. Material changes will be announced in the extension or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CortexHub is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
